The wait is over!

The Bay Area is now home to the Eras Tour of Taylor Swift.

She performed her first concert of two sold out concerts in Santa Clara at Levi’s Stadium on Friday. The pop star will perform again on Saturday.

Those with tickets filled the seats, while those without gathered around to trade bracelets and listen to their favourite hits.

Parking lot is open from 2 pm, while the gates are opened at 4:30 pm. Concert is set to start at 6:30 pm. Swift performed a 45 song setlist at the earlier stops of the tour for over three hours. Swift will open the Santa Clara concerts with Gracie Abrams, HAIM and other artists.

Fans are advised to use public transportation due to the expected traffic delays, road closures and other issues. Capitol Corridor has a new schedule and special promotions to help concertgoers in Northern California. Caltrain is offering an extra post-event service on both nights.

Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority has added 30% more train cars for its light-rail service, which is the highest number it’s ever offered at Levi’s Stadium. This was done in preparation of an unprecedented amount of visitors.

The Milpitas Transit Center is the place where fans can make a connection to BART through VTA. BART staff and VTA will communicate to make sure passengers are able to connect.

StubHub and other secondary markets like Ticketmaster continue to sell tickets at prices over $1,000.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta has issued an alert to warn fans about ticket scams that have plagued the entire tour.

According to NFL’s bag policy, Levi’s Stadium only allows clear bags that are no bigger than 12″x6″x12″ or small clutches no larger than 4 1/2″ x 6.5″ Glitter, color and Swift themed outfits are also expected. At shows, fans have been trading friendship bracelets and making them. Staff at San Jose Mineta International Airport will be offering handmade bracelets with the SJC logo to passengers.

Outside the stadium, tailgating is not permitted.

The stadium parking lot or nearby streets will be closed to fans without tickets.
